Refund policy
When you place an order on our website, you agree to our no cancellation, no refund policy.
Once placed, no order may be canceled without our agreement. We may agree to cancel and refund the order if it is a duplicate order.
If you are sent the wrong item, we will replace it once you have returned it to us in excellent condition. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the wrong item(s), and we will provide you with a return label.
If goods are damaged in transit, we will replace them. Please email photo evidence of the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of receiving them, and we will provide you a return label to send them back.
